Data Controller

We prepared this text as the data controller, as a privacy notice under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains how we process the personal data of people who visit our website, contact us through a form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, and of our customers. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and your cookie consent.

What Data We Process and Why

We collect data electronically through the forms on our website, the emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, phone calls and the contracts we sign with our customers. Below we explain, for each case, which data we process, why, and on which legal basis.

Quote and contact forms

Our forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, subject and message, and, if you wish, your website address. In the Free Digital Analysis we also receive your answers together with these details. We use them to answer your request, prepare a quote and confirm by email that your request has reached us.

When you send a form, we also record your IP address and the time of sending. We use them to protect our forms against fake and automated submissions.

We process the details of your request under Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK, because they are directly related to concluding a contract. We process the IP address and the time of sending for our legitimate interest, under Article 5(2)(f).

Email, phone and WhatsApp

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your name, contact details and message to answer your question and handle your request. We process this data under Article 5(2)(c) and (f) of the KVKK.

Our customers

When you work with us, we process the name, job title and contact details of you or your company’s representatives, together with invoice and contract details. We process them to perform the contract, to invoice, and to meet the accounting and record-keeping obligations the law places on us, under Article 5(2)(a), (c) and (ç) of the KVKK.

Website visits

The provider that hosts our website processes your IP address and browser information to deliver the pages to you. We do this for our legitimate interest in running and securing the website, under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and how we measure visits.

Disputes

If there is a complaint or dispute, we keep the relevant data to establish, use and protect our rights, under Article 5(2)(e) of the KVKK.

Who We Share Data With

We share your data with the services we use to run our business and, where the law requires, with the competent authorities.

The first four services in the table operate outside Türkiye. By using them, we transfer your data abroad.

Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• learn whether we process your personal data and, if we do, request information about it
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether we use your data for that purpose
• know the parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom we transfer your data
• have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected
• have your data deleted or destroyed
• have the parties we transferred your data to informed of a correction or deletion
• object to a result against you that comes only from analysis by automated systems
• claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing

You can send your request to info@digienseo.com from the email address you have already given us, or send it to our address in writing.

We resolve your request free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find our answer unsatisfactory, or if you get no answer within 30 days, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).

Changes

When the way we process data changes, we update this text and the date at the top of the page.
